1. What is the Latest in Marketing Hub
1.1 Custom Report Builder
Applies to: Marketing Hub Professional, Enterprise; Sales Hub Professional, Enterprise; Service Hub Professional, Enterprise
HubSpot has added more features to the custom report builder. It provides a more robust reporting experience to its users by bringing all HubSpot data in one place.
New Launches
- Pivot Tables
One of the most popular ways to aggregate and visualize data is the Pivot table which wasn’t available in HubSpot custom report builder. So you had to spend a lot of time exporting data into spreadsheets to build a pivot table. With the new update, you can create your pivot table in just a few clicks.
- Guided On-boarding
You can take the guided tour to learn custom reporting in no time. Click “try demo” on the report builder’s top left to see how to build a custom sales and marketing report.
- Refresh Reports from Dashboard
New updates allow you to refresh reports directly within dashboards so that all of the reports on your dashboard are displaying the most recent data.
- Zoom in on Reports
With the new update, you can zoom in on your report to have a better look at the data.

Create reports using marketing, sales, service, and CMS performance data along with contact, company, and deal data and custom objects, all without leaving HubSpot.
1.2 Add Text, Images, Videos to Dashboards

You can now add text, images, and videos to dashboards and arm your team with the context and instructions they need to access and understand data.
How does it Work?
- Go to Reports > Dashboard
- Open a Dashboard
- Click the Actions dropdown menu in the right corner
- Select Insert Images, texts, videos
Benefits
Earlier, you had to create additional documentation and distribute it alongside your dashboards for your team. Now, add text, images, and videos directly on the dashboard and help your team learn how to build their dashboards or answer FAQs.
1.3 Conversation-based Workflows
Applies to: Marketing Hub Professional, Enterprise; Sales Hub Professional, Enterprise; Service Hub Professional, Enterprise
As you know, Workflow is one of the most powerful HubSpot marketing tool. The new update makes it more robust by allowing you to create Conversation-based workflows. In these types of workflows, you can manage the properties of contacts associated with the conversation.
Conversation-based workflows will work on:
- Conversations Properties
- Contact Properties
- Ticket Properties

- Select Conversation-based workflow
- Select Conversation enrollment trigger

Conversation Intelligence is the most awaited and product update by HubSpot. It gives you real-time insights into your team's conversation with clients with automatic recording, transcription, and call analysis.
How does it Work?
- Click Settings in the main navigation bar of your HubSpot account.
- Click Objects in the left menu bar.
- Click Activities.
- Under the Calling tab, scroll down and click Turn on Analysis and Transcription.
Benefits
- You can see your team’s call records in one place.
- From the ‘Call index,’ you can gain the context into your team's calls by previewing the call review.
- Coach your team with the call records, provide them feedback by tagging them and leaving notes on call moments.
2.2 Zoom Integration with Conversation Intelligence
Applies to: Sales Hub Enterprise; Service Hub Enterprise
With the Zoom integration with Conversation Intelligence, you can review your Zoom Business or Enterprise cloud recordings and transcripts in HubSpot.
How does it Work?
- The user is at Zoom Business and Enterprise level.
- Zoom integration with cloud recording is enabled.

- Automatically record & transcribe calls for playback and archiving purposes.

2.3 Deal Create Attribution
Applies to: Marketing Hub Enterprise
Deal create attribution measures the journey of contacts till an associated deal is created. It measures which sources, assets, and interactions had the most significant impact on generating deals.
How does it Work?
- Go to Reports
- Click Create custom reports
- Scroll down to Attribution
- Select Deal create on left side
- Click Next

It gives you deep insight into your MOFU and helps you optimize for converting leads into sales handoffs.
3. What is the Latest in CMS Hub
3.1 Template Swap in Landing and Website Pages
Applies To: Marketing Hub Professional, Enterprise; CMS Hub Professional, Enterprise
The new update allows users to move their content from the old template to a new template for website and landing pages.
How does it Work?
- Open the landing/Website page you want to edit.
- Under the Settings tab, scroll down and click Advanced options.
- Scroll down to the Template section.
- Click Use different template.
- This will take you to the page Choose a theme, where you can choose a theme and swab your content to that theme.
Benefits
You can choose any other theme for your landing or website page and move your content at any point in time. You don’t have to start creating your page all over again.
3.2 Site Tree in CMS Hub
Applies To: Marketing Hub Professional, Enterprise
HubSpot has introduced a new way to organize and view pages in the CMS using a hierarchical "tree" structure alongside improved search and better filter options on the content dashboard.
How does it work?
- Go to Marketing > Website > Website Pages
- There you will see some new options for managing your pages
4. Bonus Update
Several Limits Increased
HubSpot has increased the limits of few objects. You can now create up to 5x the number of templates, sequences, documents, snippets, and playbooks. Earlier, all these five objects had limits of 1,000 each.
